Zach, that particular Monte is not a turbo model. He just has the factory GM scoop. BUT here is a 1980 Turbo Monte at belongs to my buddy. It's all original, except for the dog dish hubcaps he robbed from an early S-10. Check that license plate.....

Those caps were used on '80's 9C1 Caprices and taxi cabs. I almost put a set of those on my car.
They look good on his Monte.
