^Same. I have a rented 10x20 with a small loft for one car, a one car garage that is tight to work in, and a 10x20 tent for storage.
I'd love to put up a single 25x25 someday with a poured floor, and a lift.

When I was living at home I worked in a 10x20 and did a frame off on my first regal (still have it) it was tight but it's all I had till i moved out in 08.

Awesome! I will be following this! I am in the process of getting a new house built over the winter and spring, then after that, a new shop at the end of 2018. I was planning on starting a thread just in case we have those who like to follow it!
