Gbody buzzing noise help

there this buzzing noise that won’t go away until my car is crank . It’s buzzing all day and won’t stop . I can hear it’s coming from under the dash but I have no clue to where is the actually noise , have anybody else have this issue ?

I think it's the key buzzer. It is supposed to only work when the key is in and the door is open. It doesn't work on my car so I'm not sure. It could be the headlight warning chime, which is supposed to warn you when the key is off and the headlights are on.

There is a little box under the dash somewhere. It is about 1 1/2 " square and looks like it has a speaker in the middle of it. In plug it and your buzzing will go away.

What color is the box?and What do u mean by plug it ?

My ceiling light?
Like a couple of months ago I did notice that they it would stay on all night when I had a bulb in it . So I just remove the bulb from the ceiling now that I realize it did make kinda the same type of buzzing noise
