You can't.....Had to have been a dealer add-on...Was not available from factory...Been hashed out here and other forums many times...Was on the car when i bought it...Can't track down original owner,,dealership that sold it is long gone..So no idea how it got on there....So,,,down the road sometime,,it will be removed,,which sucks ,,because that is all original paint
