Congrats, Chris!!! AWESOME Cutlass!!!! Wish i could see some neat cars like yours on our local strips!!!! Hey i got one question for next month!!! What type of cars will it be?? Factory stock cars or race cars again???? I've just made a set of new pics and one thing i can say, they might be the best i've ever made in 6 years!!!

No I haven't been running for points this year. I have an 8 year old son that has required a LOT of medical attention in the last year or 2 and funds just aren't what they used to be. Plus time just hasn't been on my side lately either. I am already qualified to run at the bracket finals at South Georgia Motorsports Park for US 19 Dragway in Albany this year though. I have only ran a couple of races in Reynolds this year but hopefully I will be back at it pretty soon. Especially when the weather cools off a little....LOL
Thanks EVERYONE for the compliments and kind words. I have owned this particular car for 23 years now and there is probably not a nut or bolt on it that I haven't turned at some point. This was originally a V-6 car with factory bucket seats, console, vinyl top, etc. The car has also been through several different stages of life. From the high school days, lowered with 2 15's in the trunk to what you see now. It's been about 4 different colors (all blue though) since I've had it. Lots of different wheel combinations and engine combinations.I've also owned waay too many other cars to count but for some reason this one has never left and by now, I guess it never will. Along with the 71 Olds 442 W-30 that my father bought new in 71. I was born in 72....coincedence????? nah..... As far as I know, no kids were conceived in either car....LOL
And as many different (real) race cars that I have been in over the years, everything from a nostalgia nitro funny car to a comp eliminator Lumina to super comp dragsters and everything in between, I've had more fun and won more money in my trusty ole 83 Cutlass than any of those. I even won right at $10,000 dollars one year with this car alone. That was back in about 99 or 2000 though. Damn I need another year like that....LOL
