I don't think project cars are required to be assembled to qualify.

Ha . . . problem is I actually had a damn nice car car until last June [the one 15 months ago]. No traction, handled like a turd, won't stop but otherwise still a nice looking car. In the process of fixing all of that but I am bound and determined that she won't enter any contests until she is dressed again.

I like the idea of doing this though . . . It gives more folks literally just getting started, ground up builds, etc to get some love.

Had to do a frame swap (bent frame) and rust repair in floors. I have no shortage of G body projects
