when you sell parts why do people not answer emails about agreements and then make arrangements to buy then not show up or then ful fill their agreements?

i dont understand why some people just like wasting other peoples time. ive only had it happen to me once on this site. a guy asked for the drip rail trim off an 84 cutlass i was parting. i usually dont pull parts until i have payment, just because of situations like this. after a few days, i sent another pm asking when he was sending payment. he replied saying he wanted to make sure i got them off without bending them first. so i take them off, send him pictures of them unbent, and never got another reply. i sent him another pm explaining that this is exactly why i dont pull parts first and thanked him for wasting my time. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE PARTS YOU WANT, DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME!
The best is when they say they are on the way to meet you. You sit there looking like a moron for an hour. Sorry but I would rather be sitting at home not selling anything than waiting in a walmart parking lot for a dick head that said he was on the way, got directions and everything only to not show up and not answer or return any calls. Quality people. I have resorted to telling people I will meet them when I am out that way for errands so atleast I get something done.

there are a$$holes on both sides, I was going to purchase something so I emailed the person in the early morning, gave him me cell # and said I was going to be in their area for the day and if he could text me his address I'd drop by to pick it up. He sent me a nasty email which I got when I got home saying I'm an idiot to think everyone texts..I just askjed him what's the difference between an email and a text and said have a nice day..
problems i have lately is the amount of questions and inquiries and give a price and then nothing....knowing damn well the pricing is good and reasonable. then take pics, then get an agreement, then......nothing. even to the point a sale, then no correspondance. I am not looking to get rich, just share what I have avail at a reasonable price. Then the whole no one shows up when they say they are going to show. This really upsets me since I take away from my time to condition the part like i would for my own car to the point of losing money to give a person a part. I guess the whole thing I am asking for is communication is key. I try to keep items from evilbay but at least these people deliver, you know.....
