I think in PA it's 20 for classic and 25 for antique. I have turbo 400 dual exhaust setup that cost $185 and it sounds great. You'll need to modify the emissions too though, I did not and many problems.( b/c I got rid of my cat. conv.)

I have glasspacks on all my cars and they aren't that loud. Now Flowmaster makes some loud mufflers!
Im goin to revive this thread.I am currently running open headers.I plan on moddin the crossmember and running purple hornies right off the headers.It can't be no worse than open headers.I love MD because they just lowered historic tags from 25 years to 20 years 🙂
