1983 and up Monte SS sold in Canada had the CCC system on them from the factory.
As did the H/0 and 442. All 86 and up had the CCC, I believe it was an option for 85.

Found an additional video, this is just a promotional video that has some cool retro graphics. At 1:05 there is some useful animation showing how the fuel mixture control solenoid, the primary needles, and the idle air bleed valve work together.

Keep in mind that later versions of the CCC system received additional sensors such as the barometric sensor and engine knock sensor. 1981 is the oddball year for CCC.

The music background of that last video reminded me of "The Terminator" movie background sound, or computer generated music, or whatever that crazy crap was. Had to laugh at that.

Synthesizer music was a fad in the 70's though early 90's. The original EPCOT Center used to have this style music playing everywhere.
