Do you need the actual pull strap or just the Woodgrain plate piece ?
I checked your site, pretty awesome! I just retired and I bought this olds bc I have always wanted one. I’m mechanically crippled meaning I can’t do the real stuff like you do. I truly appreciate you guys that will share their knowledge.

Here is where I stand on my woodgrain move.
I bought the metal piece from NOS. Didn’t realize there are different lengths piece in photo is the one and takes a 21 inch strap
I am now trying to figure out what correct length is for my olds I have 2 straps 19 inches in length. Thats when I realized I didn’t have the right size
I now have 2 19 inch straps and no correct metal/woodgrain to use them
I also had my transmission go out this past week. Trying to deal with that has been a bummer. Do you have or can u use the shifter for an overdrive on a 3 speed auto?

Any help I would sure appreciate it

I thought I had one of those in my attic. I got up there looking and no luck. I tried
