I'm assuming those specs are a .050, so that would make it 268/278

That's not quite how it works. Those specs are how many degrees of duration from .050" of lift on the opening side to the closing ramp. Advertised duration is the amount of degrees of duration at the very begining of lift off the base circle to the end of any lift.
Also those lift numbers are acheived with 1.6 ratio rockers insead of the factory 1.5's.
 
Oh okay. I'm just used to seeing things like this:

Basic Operating RPM Range 1,500-5,500
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift 218
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift 218
Duration at 050 inch Lift 218 int./218 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration 268
Advertised Exhaust Duration 268
Advertised Duration 268 int./268 exh.
