its back..... i swear it seams like a timing issue, seems to be fine in park but once in gear it is rough.
 
2 very common problems that cause those exact symptons, including getting better after filling up, a hole in the pickup tube that pulls air when the level goes below it, and crap in the tank plugging the sock.

have you removed your distributor cap to check the springs on the weights....I'd be trying a different modulator as well...
