Got an 81 malibu with no brakes

i have a 81 Malibu with stock brakes all the way around. I hear about b body spindle's with global west upper a arms so you can use the 1 Le rotters but people say to use c-5/6 vette? and how big a wheel and tire can i fit on the front?? If anyone has any advice on witch way to go and what all will work well?
