GP grill differences from 81' thru 87'.

What are the differences in the front grills from 81' through 87'?

I've had many of these, but never really paid attention to what grill is from what year. I like the finer grills though, where there is less space between the grill "bars". Best thing to do is get on auto trader's website and search by year, then look at the pictures to see the differences.

The 85-87 grill had the eggcrate pattern. The 81-84 grill used the thin vertical bars.

I've cut the center section out in between the bumperets and left the lower part of the bumper in place and am fabricating a grill to fit
