Looks like yet another car hoarder that thinks he has gold..... Aaaah nope that's not for sale, it's a rare classic i am restoring....................

I ran across this one last year...which I've posted about...have since pulled some parts from it. It too looks like it was sitting for a good amount of time somewhere. Car is extremely moused inside, and I mean every where....there's a small rust hole in one of the doors and you can see where they've got crap packed in there.

This one had the aluminum core support and aluminum rad X braces

The "serious inquiries only" is because some d-bag will show up expecting to drive it home.

I once had a car listed on ebay as a rolling chassis, and some moron bid on it then asked if he could drive home.

I'll admit that's what I thought when I saw it...parts at best. Some of the important stuff is damaged...taillights, front nose/side marker light. Looks like it's sunk in pretty good so I'm thinking it's probably rotten underneath.
That's my opinion also.

Kevin I'm still looking for aluminum core support.
