Grandpa Car: 1979 Cutlass Thread

My battery didn't survive the winter so I replaced it yesterday. After cranking enough to get some fuel to the carb, it started right up. Obviously...taco run. It ran okay but felt a little lazy. I ate by the boat ramp then threw $20 fresh ethanol-free down its gullet. Ran better on the way home. My most recent fuel receipt was 11/21.

You know the R4 brackets need to be extended as they were never an option on the tall deck Olds. Just a FYI on the needed fabrication. Looks like you have all the goodies to get serious on your 425 build.

Yeah, I've seen that (some more crude than others). Shouldn't be too complicated, I just need something to start with.

I need to finish the boat first. I'm collecting parts in the meantime.
