Im looking to find ouy why they are selling for $1000-$1500 and why everybody that has seen them that knows a thing or two has told me how "rare" they are. I've never seen 3 piece gta wheels

I haven't seen anything saying 3 piece- only 1 or 2. Have they sold for that much? They must be "barn finds" or "survivors" to be worth that much. Hell, you buy brand new 18s for less! If you want to try and make some cash, put yours up for that insane amount of money. I bet you'll be sitting on them for a while. Not trying to be a dick, but facts is facts. They are beautiful rims but anyone with half a brain wouldn't touch them.

Good luck finding a replacement if one gets damaged or cracked.
