In the middle of a trade on an 85 Monte Carlo. It is a regular Monte but does have a 305. It's used up but all there. I told him the licensing needs brought current before I traded and he's going to check on it. I think he's going to be shocked. This will be Monte #6 if the trade goes through. I think I'm stuck in a Monte slump since that's all I seem to run across. Lol

It's the same way in KY. When the vehicle is transferred, someone has to pay the back taxes. I think it's ridiculous that we have to pay taxes on something that we've already paid for. Usage tax, it's just as bad as property tax. Basically paying the government rent on something that you're supposed to own.
