Guy only wants $700 and it runs!

The right side rear quarter has some bondo!!! Floors are good they put a an older front clip on it it is a 1982 El Co

It also needs a front windshield and a battery,it looks athouhg the front pass side got it.

Do you think its worth $700 its out of state so it would have to go through California inspection and smog requirements (HEADACHE, but not worried about it!!)
