Happy belated 4th of July everybody! I actually took a day completely off. Janet Lauren and my fat azz went paddle boarding in the manasquan out to the beach by the inlet.
Then we did early dinner at the river rock bar and grill in Marina
Good day with the family but it's Tuesday morning and I'm feeling those 2.5 hours of paddling lol hope you all had a great 4th and remember what your celebrating

Hate to be the one to break the news to you but, that's because you're not as young as you used to be old man. Oh wait, I'm in your peer group!
The enjoyable day far out weighs the three days of being sore for the 2.5 hours of physical activity. Oh to be young again.
