Both my Sons showed up at about 9:30, the youngest drove three hours from Austin, and helped me pull the old 260 out of the Cutless. They both promised to br back the fist of July to put in the new LS, I couldn't ask for a better Father's Day!

Thanks for asking Injectedcutty. It is an Ls3 495 HP and 480 torque. I have a 200 4R and don't know how that is going to work out. The engine is not a drive by wire but the transmission needs a TV cable?

SWEET!!!! there is a way to make the TV cable work. Check out Mike's build thread, titled COPO Monte..... He is doing a turbo LS build in his Monte Carlo with a 200 trans.

Hopefully the 200 will hold up to the LS3. Is the trans already built up? I'm running a 5.3/4L80E combo since that trans is darn near bulletproof.

SWEET!!!! there is a way to make the TV cable work. Check out Mike's build thread, titled COPO Monte..... He is doing a turbo LS build in his Monte Carlo with a 200 trans.

Hopefully the 200 will hold up to the LS3. Is the trans already built up? I'm running a 5.3/4L80E combo since that trans is darn near bulletproof.

It looks like Mike is using a DBW and my engine is electronic control.
