Hard To Believe This Happens Here

Every time l take my Z-28 out l get nailed for not wearing a seatbelt. They take points from your Drivers license here in Ontario, so l automatically fight it. Well it cost me $500 everytime l go to court, so l get my lawyer to put them off until late fall so l get my moneys worth.

Anyways l've beat every seatbelt ticket, around 10 or 12 over 3 years until it got around l assume because l haven't had seatbelt ticket with that car for the pass 2 years. An talk about pissed off cops at court, l even had one follow me around town after court trying to get me for something, l seen him so l took every little back street home. How l beat them in court was simple l took 3 pictures, rearview, side view and front view, and even the judge could not tell if my 6'3" fat *ss was wearing a seatbelt or not in the pictures, then l showed a video of me wearing it from front, side an rear.

I guess the point is if the judge looks at it as the $145 ticket verses the lawyer cost, who would spend the money to fight it if they weren't wearing it.

My lawyer firm is Points its all they deal with is traffic stuff and even he said he beats every seatbelt ticket. As Pontiac said he took it off to get his wallet. For me l don't even move once pulled over, Niagara cops are really crooked!!

You must have some chicken sh*t cops in your neck of the woods, with nothing better to do than scan the horizon for those freedom seeking, seatbelt felons. It's a sign of the times. It's true for everywhere. They're not allowed to go after the frequent criminals because it could cost them their job, and their job is all about their paycheck. Nobody is looking out for us, but the criminals have many, many, social groups to speak up for, and defend them.

I can only go by what has been done to me as a fact. Once they mark you an your car they zero in atleast that's how l feel. Niagara Falls is a tourist town an as so we have to have enough cops to police it. We are a small city/town but can triple in size in the prime tourist times so there can be alot of bored/toying cops. I think the seatbelt pull over is just a common thing that allows them to pull you over to look for other things. The same officer pulled me over 4 times the first year it started, which is the one that followed me after court, he himself got me each time for seatbelt an noise violation the first time he pulled me over. The noise violation was from the exhaust tone which was also beat in court(video of exhaust tone)

I have seen 3 an 4 police cars sitting across the street from where car clubs park on the weekend an pulling them over as they leave just to harass in my eyes. An now days that car club is gone, it's just a cruise night with limited cars parking.

Like I said, it's a sign of the times and the same BS is going on everywhere. I mean, who would want that job today unless they got off on screwing people over in clown world.

Several years ago I went back east to Jersey for some machine training. The weather sucked at La Guardia and everything was delayed by several hours. I got back to town around 12:45am in my little lime green Toyota pickup and passed an unmarked Intrepid on main street who turned around and followed me for about 5 miles until I hit the yellow line in the traffic circle pulling into the neighborhood at which point he lit me up. First question, "sir have you been drinking?" to which I replied, "you just followed me for 5 miles and the only thing you have on me is hitting a yellow line in a traffic circle that you ran over following me." Followed by "Have a nice night sir."

Gents,
While every police department will deny ever having a quota system, they do have "performance measures" monitored monthly. Our local department has announced the next training class will be funded from traffic fines, I mean "performance measures".

Hell, they have banquets to celebrate their most ubiquitous ticket givers.

I went to the Magistrate's office this morning to fight a ticket I got for having an expired tag back in November. The judge was running almost an hour late, but once they called me back it only took a minute. I brought papers to show I got it registered the same day I got the ticket. I walked in, the judge asked "Did you get it taken care of?" I said "Yes your honor, I have the papers here to show you." He said, "I believe you, don't need to see them. Not guilty, you're good to go."

Good enough for me!
