has anyone run 15x10 rim with 4.25 backspace and a 295\50\15

Im wanting to run 15x10 inch rim with a 4.25 backspace and a 295\50\15 inch tire on my 82 regal i rolled the fender but want to know if the tire will rub on the frame?
