If you have please tell me what you think of it. I am changing my valve body and putting on a deep pan and thinking of refilling with b&m trick shift. I know I will stil have some Dex 3 in the converter but the since I just had the system flushed (4000 km) ago the fluid is pretty much brand new.

haha, im trying to run it, ive bought 10 quarts and put it im, but my transmission or torque converter is blown.

I have run it. In a GM transmission, I can't tell the difference between running that and just running type f. I run type f because it is cheaper.

GM has friction material in the clutches in the older transmissions like ours. Ford puts friction modifier in the oil and runs smooth clutches. When you use Ford oil in the GM trans it puts lots of friction modifier in the trans just like Hot shift and trick shift fluid.

Just my two cents...

No fancy stuff here.

One bottle of Lucas and the rest is good old Type F (or FH).

Never a issue for the past 30 years!

Thanks for the info KrisW.

A local speed shop is having a sale on the stuff and it works out to be a little cheaper than Type F. I was looking at using TCI Quick shift fluid but no one has it around me and it is back ordered.

So I fig I would see if it is worth putting it in or if I should just get some Dex.

If it's cheaper than type F then I would go ahead and get it. My point is that I don't think it is any BETTER than type F, but I am sure that it is still good oil.

If price is the same or less, you can't lose!

Thanks I will then. I had just heard on some boards that B&M stuff was just over hyped. Thanks for the help.
