Looking back over the years, i have noticed the G bodies I have seen , or at least it seems to me, that the Diesel powered vehicles and also Canadian export vehicles got really cool options or were really optioned up. Maybe i'm out on a limb here, but it just seems that way to me from what I have observed over the years. Anyone in the G body family notice this too?

Hmm... I guess that means I could stuff a 250/292 into an 82/83 regal. I'd been thinking a 2.5 SD would've been fun in one, but maybe a straight 6 instead?

I know this one was beat to death here but the rarest Monte Carlo had to be the 454 Mexican Monte Carlo with the metal, yes metal scoop hood, blue motor mounts and the fan clutch/shroud.

Everytime I see this "rare" Mexican I find more "notable" features. Guess that rust color on the floor must be "special" sound deadening.
