Do they make a replasment fixture that will replace the sealed beam lights to use HID's?

mane reason for this post is to not get cheap ones i want to make sure i get a good set

another good thing with hella lenses is they are glass and can withstand the heat from the 55 watt HID's

I just bought a set of Hella H4 headlights used. They were in relatively decent condition. One reflector has alittle water damage from the boot being missing, and one bulb's base came loose. Fortunately I have a spare set of 12 volt H4 bulbs and Cibie boots. One place wants 13.00 for a replacement Hella boot. The Cibie boots work fine. I guess for $30.00 including shipping, I couldn't go wrong.
I didn't want HID lights.

Jack, I have the H4 halogen bulbs that came with the Hella lenses I bought and I think I know where I put them. PM me your address if you want them and I'll drop them in the mail...

Thank you for the offer, Steve!
What did you end up replacing them with..and does it require an additional relay? Assuming you went for higher candlepower.

I bought the lenses to use with the HID so those bulbs that came with the lenses were never used. I won't be using them so if you want them I"ll send them to you and you'll owe me a beer for them if I ever get down your way
