I just bought some after market headlights and they are pretty cool, the h4 conversion. I put them in and drove around for maybe half an hour. I came back out the car after driving two hours later and there is almost a fog inside the glass on the two on the left side. Im pretty sure they are sealed. How do you get the fog off the inside of the glass or how do you get it to go away. You can remove the h4 bulb and there is another small light in the side of the bulb for when you park. Can anyone tell me how I could get this condensation or fog out of the headlight?

If it is sealed there should be no condensation/fog. If there is, they are leaking. Try seeing if you can find any obvious leaks. If moisture gets in there, it will burn out the bulb pretty fast.
