I have not a detailed wiring diagram..
but all I know is that I have 1 always hot wire and 1 hot on ignition wire going to the relay and then the purple wire going from the relay to the motor is always at 0V.
but what is strange is that the voltage on these hot wire doesnt change if I put on high speed or low speed..

for the vacuum switch : is it this part :

Just realized I didn't answer your question with respect to the vacuum switch you posted a link to. No, that's not the switch. The mode select switch inside the car operates on vacuum. The switch itself is replaceable seperately from the the HVAC control panel.

Usually when the mode won't change, and the air only comes out the defrost vents, it normally means there is no vacuum at the mode switch inside the car. You should have a hard pink or purple vacuum line that passes from inside the car to under the hood on the passenger side, under the heater a/c case. From the factory, that vaccum line is connected to a plastic sphere (vacuum canister or reservoir) near the heater hoses. That sphere is then connected to manifold vacuum.

If you have vacuum inside the car at the mode selector switch, then sometimes that switch leaks vacuum.

Here is what that switch looks like...

hi !! I have some news !
first, thanks so much for your help !

So now I have the high fan speed working, I was a bad electrical connection of the orange wire on the blower motor relay.
I have put some contact spray and now its perfect, I have all the fan speeds working.

1 - for the black sphere which is a vacuum tank I was wondering for so much time what this could be ! But it seems that it's not hooked on my car ! maybe that's why the mode switch doesn't work.. I will see what I can do for that but it seems complicated.. !

2 - there is a hose going from the gasket cover to nothing, is it normal ?!

3 -I now know what make the sound in my video at the beginning of this topic : I think it's the motor of the power antenna ! because I found this fuse panel diagram :
dttech_98.gif

1. 5 Amp (Tan) - Instrument panel lights and lights-on reminder
2. 20 Amp (Yellow) - Choke heater
3. 30 Amp - Circuit Breaker. Power windows and sunroof
4. 10 Amp (Red) - Electronic control module
5. 25 Amp (White) - Heater and air conditioning
6. 20 Amp (Yellow - Stop and hazard lights
7. 25 Amp (white) - Windshield wipers
8. 10 Amp (Red) - Radio and cruise control
9. 30 Amp - Circuit Breaker. - Power door locks, seats and rear window defogger
10. 20 Amp (Yellow) - Courtesy lights, key warning chime, power antenna, horns, cigar lighter and clock
11. 20 Amp (Yellow) - Turn signals and back-up lamps
12. 20 Amp (Yellow) - Parking, side marker, license plate and tail lamps
13. 10 Amp (Red) - Warning lamps and buzzers, trunk release, torque converter clutch and vehicle
speed sensor
14. Not Used

I was missing the number 10 fuse :
so now I have a "bip" when I put the key inside, before putting contact, I guess it's the "key warning chime"
I have also the cigar lighter working !
I have the power antenna motor which make that continuous sound, so I decided to unhook the wire : we can see it in this photo :

I don't know if this is fixable the power motor antenna, the motor seems to be under the heater whole part so hard to go to.
At the beginning, the antenna was capable to enter entierely under the hood ?
