Heater control switch??

My first thought is yes. Fan motor is off. But in all honesty I will need to do some checking, perhaps another member has an answer as it will be a few days to confirm

It’s appears your correct!
Had it running this afternoon and the valve shut when in the AC position.....so yes the valve does move accordingly to what you said
