Be careful with it. There are a few screws that are somewhat hidden (or at least not obvious). And the old sealer is pretty tough. So, make sure you get all of the screws and get as much of the old sealer cleaned off before you try to remove it. The old plastic is fairly brittle after all of the years of withstanding engine comparment heat and doesn't take much to chip it.
To get it out you'll have to remove the passenger wiper arm, the aluminum trim piece the wipers rest on. The wiper stop brackets. The inlet screen. Fan blower. A bunch of screws. I can do it in 15 minutes or less now that I know where all of the screws are. First time took me a lot longer.
Just remember, don't force it!
