HELP!!! Fans are not blowing !

Ok so today im driving and went to go try the vents again. And i thought watch, now i just ordered a part and its gonna start blowing again. And whaddya know air starts coming out :shock: But weird thing is, it only works on High? Doesnt blow at any other setting except high. Anyone have any ideas?

personally I would just wait till the new motor comes and replace it. The unit you have I would assume is from 80's. So it is basically on it's last leg anyway. Just replace it and stop worrying how to fix this or that!!

the resistor makes the fan spin at a slower rate and the high speed does not use this resistor, so if the resistor is defective only the high speed will work

Ya i ordered the motor and resistor, figured i might as well replace them both now.

were did you order them from?... partsource and napa usually have those parts in stock...

My friend who has a mechanic shop gave tme the place that he gets there parts for. I just replaced both and must say it blows way better than before. But on low and one up you cant really tell a difference and this was the same before the driver vent nothing comes out of it so i donjt know what the problem is there, but it blows really nice 😀
