help me pick out somethin

well I've got some time left before I start doing my frame off project..

now I just need help with a motor choice..right now I have a stock 4.3L FI in it right now..

but really I just want to build up the car as a cruiser, as in I probably would rarely take it to the track, BUT I would like to put something that reliable, decent MPG, and when someone wants to try me it would give them a good run..

been looking at possibly an '87 GN (yeah i know a buick in a chevy) swap with the turbo, cooler, and everything or beef up my 4.3, would it have potential? or maybe LS1/LS2 swap..or whatever gets recommended on here

i know this has probably been asked a million times.. 😳

Out of those options, id do an ls swap. An if that's not enough, I know they make some badass superchargers for em. Lol
