dose anyone know if these mounts will work. I plan on using truck alternator powersteering with no A/c setup.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Adjustable-LS1- ... e6&vxp=mtr

I think im going with the obx turbo headers or flipped truck manifolds
I think I remember reading a thread on LS1 tech about someone using the cheap ebay Foxbody headers, and welding the LS1 flanges on the headers and they worked pretty well for how little he had in them.

I don't know about the mounts, I think most people go with the Trans-Dapt ones or like those that you found on ebay

thankyou for the reply

Any updates?

For the water pump if you haven't already taken care of it you have a few options.

A) You can go Fbody water pump + aluminum spacers like you mentioned in the video

B) That flat boss on the front of the truck water pump, drill and tap it for 1in NPT pipe fitting, and use a 1in NPT to 1 1/4in hose barb. Then use a freeze plug for the old water neck hole.

C) Put a nut onto the truck water pump and use a 3 jaw puller and remove the truck water pump, then use a power steering pulley puller on a fbody water pump to remove the fbody pulley. Use a shop press and press on the trucks pulley onto the fbody water pump. Done.. no need for any aluminum spacers and 4 gaskets. It aligns with the trucks crank pulley perfect.

D) 2012 Camaro water pump, direct swap nothing else needed.

a few more video updates. and a couple pictures.
