Is yours MAF? Do you have a lot of vacuum pulling from that port you have blocked up? When I try to cap it, it will eventually stall out.

Mine is speed density, no emissions hooked up. I have MAP, IAC and an 02 sensor. It runs a little rich at idle.

Do u have o2 sensors in the exhaust? It is more difficult to diagnose without having it hooked to a scanner to watch the data stream. The vac line being disconnected from the evap canister isn't the problem. It has to be blocked off. If u have a service engine light hooked in the system ya can try and flash the codes. That will kinda give ya a starting point. Try another MAF sensor if ya have one available, if not try cleaning the old one.

There's yer problem it needs o2 sensors to send feedback to the ECM to set yer fuel trim.

I'll double check the o2 sensors. I have no fault codes just blinks 12

Yes MAF and SD are different, I don't need emissions sensors input, just one O2. Pretty sure mine runs in closed loop always.
