I would also check all the ground wires and connections to EVERYTHING. And make sure all bulbs replaced are installed correctly. Sometimes the connections in the sockets are off,misshapen, etc,,, and any type of improper electrical connection can make all types of wierd $h!t happen. Checking ALT, V R, and anything else related to the charging system wouldnt be a bad idea.

But honestly, I think Blake442 nailed it.

Also you can check OBD1 with a paper clip. As a matter of fact, it is the only way I have ever checked it an is extremly easy to do.

The parts store gave me an obd1 key last time somethin went wrong and i cant get it to flash a code on the dash
