I had another look at the first video that you posted, as well as your undercar photos. You'd probably realize a bit more performance from your 350, by installing a less restrictive exhaust system on the car, both in front of and behind the catalytic converter.
Something to keep in mind though-even though your car will be exempt from DriveClean testing, its still subject to other Ontario emission regulations. The car needs to have all of the correct emission control devices in place and functional, from either the engine, or the vehicle, whichever is newer. In years gone by, these regulations were not well enforced, so most people didn't keep the emission controls on their vehicles, and didn't worry about it, because, as I said, the laws weren't well enforced. In the past few years, that has changed, and the Ministry of the Environment has been much more diligent about enforcing these regulations. When I looked at your video, I couldn't tell whether or not your car still has the EGR system on it. If not, that could be a problem. Also, that open element air cleaner could also be a problem, because the heat tube from the exhaust manifold to the air cleaner isn't present, and I can't tell where the crankcase breather hose from the right side valce cover is going. Usually, it gets routed to the sir cleaner as well, so that crankcase fumes can be vented into the air cleaner, then back through the engine during the combustion process, in order to reduce emissions. If you get stopped by the MOE, and they find any infractions, you can be liable for fines of up to $365.00 per item that they find.
Just putting this information out there.
As I said in my first post in this thread, welcome to the site. If you have any other questions, just ask. I'm sure that there are a number of people here who can help you.

Hi Clean8485, Your right about the exhaust, it is pretty restrictive, it has a catalytic, muffler etc. The exhaust gas re-circulation equipment is present...mostly. The vent tube does go to the air cleaner (you can't see it in the picture) The air cleaner lid is upside down just to see if it made any sort of seat of the pants difference in power. It was negligible. Thank you for the reminder of the pollution police. I am well aware of our laws with regards to smog equipment requirements. The response from everyone has been great. Tonnes of reading material and diy tips. I am still getting used to the site.

On the other hand, no one is going to hack into your car's computer and take command while you think you're driving....
