Hi Guys
My name is Tony Tirone from NY
I am new to the forum here.
Sorry I am not a OLDS guy, I am a Pontiac guy.
I have a rotisserie restored 1977 Special Edition Trans Am
To make a long story short
I am always looking for parts and deals and came upon a few items
I believe to be Hurst Olds T-top parts.
I am looking to you guys for help Identifying them, and if they
are Olds parts I would like to give you, guys first dibs at them.
Before I send them off to e-bay or some other place.
I appreciate any help you can give me, and hope these parts
may be something someone here really needs, or is having a hard time
finding them.
Thanks
Tony T.

That latch and those square-ish plastic pieces look like they might be made by cars and concepts, the 'wrinkle' on them is the same as the pieces I have, and so is the finish on the edge. But they don't look anything like the parts I have. They wouldn't have come off a factory Hurst/Olds, either, as the C&C tops were an aftermarket thing. That latch is definitely not for the G-Body tops, as the handle for those is in the center-ish of the top (and is different in design) and that thing's not long enough at all.

The triangle ones I have no idea, but ditto on the not recognizing them. I know C&C made some F-body kits as well, maybe that's a possibility?

C&C no longer exists unfortunately, so eBay might be your best best, probably some poor guy w/ aftermarket tops (like me!) looking for parts. lol.

Thanks for the response.
These parts are definitely HURST HATCH parts.
Here is a picture of the back side.

Thanks Tony T.

Those L-shaped plastic parts have the H/H logo on them? Because that texture and construction is identical to the C&C parts. I will have to dig up my old and busted parts and take a pic.

The L shape ones actually don't have the H/H logo.
But all the big parts do.
Thanks for all of this help guys.
I hope these will be of some value to someone here.
I know first hand how hard it is to find some of these parts.

Twisted
No I don't.
I will keep an eye out though.

The last time I bought parts for mine was >10yrs ago. (!) I had to get them from this place: http://sunroofdoctor.com

They have(had?) all the old C&C stock. The G-Body stuff isn't listed on the site, but they might still have some left.

I think Cars and Concepts also did the Mustang Convertible conversions and maybe even the T top versions of those cars as well. If they are not for a GM application, you may wish to look there as well.
