Sorry no pics yet. But I would like to know how fast you think my El Camino might go in the 1/4 mile. It has a sbc 406 11.1 compression, solid cam, full float flat top pistons, stock crank, aftermarket rods with cap screws, ported double hump heads with 2.02/1.60 valves, full roller rockers, performer rpm intake,750 double pumper carb,th350 with a 3500 stall converter and a 9" with 4.10 gears. I havn't raced it yet, when i do i will post pictures and times. I do have to tell you I have raced this car before with this motor but with 12.5 compression, stock converter,3.23 gears , street tires and mufflers, ran a 12.9 at 105 mph.

well keep in mind that suspension is key.. and what tires do u plan on running?

Need more info on cam lift
what size rod 5.7
My guess as of now would be High11's low 12's

the cam is .507/.532 lift 242/250 duration @.050" lift and i will run slicks. also there is no heater,a/c,fenderwells and the battery will bee in the back and 5.7" rod , aluminum water pump and radiator. suspension is stock for now besides air shocks.

well I"m running 12.20s in my regal on a 12:1 350 with same size valves ported head and about the same cam but a flat tappet on slicks with a 4.11 gear. i would say very close to the 11s if not in the 11s
