fun fact: the body of the "GNX" in the new fast and the furious was reverse mounted (engine in the trunk) because Vin deisel had to drive in reverse to rescue the girl from the tanker. and obviously you cant go very fast in the one reverse gear.

Don't ask me how they hooked up the steering, BTW I just read this in hot rod mag. so don't think I'm crazy

I think its a damn shame that they used 6 grand nationals for this stupid movie and they destroyed half of them. not to mention like someone said earlier in this thread, the price of grand nationals are probably going to skyrocket.
