How should I fix this??

I initially bought an applicator gun and 3M panel bond to do my GN rear spoiler on my Regal, I shopped around and got a package deal for $72 shipped from Ebay and it came with 2 mixing nozzles now compared to JB Weld that you can get for $5 there is a big price difference.
The biggest cost is the one time purchase of the gun but with panel bond being able to bond many different materials to themselves and other materials which is the biggest difference when compared to JB Weld where you need specific formulas to bond specific materials.
I feel that once you invest in panel bond you will find many other uses for it that will open up options on how to bond two materials together.

Will it seal my wife's mouth shut???

Because right there it would be worth it!!!

It would have to be properly prepped first.

Mine is rusted there as well. My plan is to fix it with seam sealer. I'd like to weld in a patch but I'm not going that deep in my car.....

Mine wasn't quite that bad, just a dime sized hole. I filled it with seam sealer as I didn't want to remove the dashboard or risk a fire trying to weld it up.
