wuts up everybody. new to the board. im trying to locate the spot where it says Y or 9 on my 307 to see if its the one with 160 horses or the other one with 140 horses. thanks.

You must be looking to see if have the super high performance 307, equipped with neck snapping and seat setback action, do you plan on adding more horse power or just curious?
what if the motor was swapped like mine but my car is 88 n motor is 87 were can i see the code at

i know it aint the best motor in the world but the car is going to be my daily as soon as i register it so for how it drives now its not that bad. i know i need a new carb becuz mine burns way too much gas and it aint driving as it should. i wanna do a few things to it just to pull the 24's like a posi 3.73 rear end, a carb, hedders, possibly an intake manifold and upgraded ignition, etc etc just so i can still have drivability and sumwhat of decent gas milage. when i swap the motor it'll b a SBC.
