Oldsmobile : Cutlass:eBay Motors (item 140359525240 end time Nov-19-09 18:00:11 PST) whats with the trunk? taped over? nasty under that im sure.

I would like to think that it is legit since TNT raceshop is a sponser over at maliburacing.com and the guy over there named 5-door is cool as hell and has one of the badest wagons ever

Looks like sound deadener, like dynamat.

also another thing to keep in mind is if it was really nasty then nothing would stick to it 😀

Looks like 3M sound deadener sheets. It's all where these cars can rust in there though. But if the mileage is correct, I wouldn't think it is rusty, also considering how the frame looks and the condition of the car otherwise.

i wasnt knocking the car. looks sweet. i just dont understand the why of that crap in the trunk. i can see if its sound deadener , but over the spare tire well and sealling all the drop offs? ruins the car for me.

I think sealing it off probably helps to keep sh*t from building up in the qtr panel and rusting it out :|

You can even see 5-door's wagon in the background of one of the pictures. 8)

That hood is ultra gay, especially on a bone stock car...

Look at the bottoms of the doors... that right there is enough evidence that the car is in incredbile shape.
Not to mention the clean pics of under the car.

Regardless of why it's there, the only thing it's hiding is the factory finish of the trunk. That stuff is pretty easily removed.
