I meant did the pto bypass work.

I haven't tried it yet, lazy me wasted the nite sleeping....😛

My son finally got to is and disconnected the two wires and it turns over so thanks for the help with that problem. It has spark but the fuel is getting dumped so it looks like the float isn't working. My son is going to have a look at the carb but I told him is if the carb is in real bad shape I have a spare quadrajet we can use..🙂
