I'm in need of help. Does anyone by chance have the wiring diagram for the factory installed heat only box for an early 80s Cutlass. I'm converting my factory AC car to only heat, if you couldn't tell by the title, and I'm curious what I have to change wiring wise for it to work in my car.

For the wiring it'll be plug & play. Unplug the heat-A/C harness from the dash harness & then plug in the heat only harness. Both have the same connector mate for the dash harness. The heat only will not need to be plugged into the engine harness like the heat-A/C. As long as you get the complete set up (heat box, behind dash duct work, cable pulls & under column panel for vents, harness, heat only glovebox pocket, left & right outboard vent blocks) you'll be good.

I have what's left of the harness which is my problem because by the time I got to the junkyard and got it off the car someone had already cut the wires at the firewall.

Let me check I may have a extra wiring harness or know where I can get one

First picture is the wiring harness inside the car to the heater controls.
Second picture is the harness the first picture connects to the car.
Third picture is the harness under the hood connects to the blower motor

I have a blower motor harness available (see link below) if that’s the one you need. M&H also reproduces both harnesses as well.

So I believe I've got my wiring figured out but my next problem is when I pulled it I never knew that the ductwork in the dash was different and now I'm at crossroads. Is there anyway to modify to keep defrost or does anyone know of where I can get the ductwork for the non AC setup because I'm definite that the car I robbed the parts from got crushed.
