Disconnect your fuel line from the carb and reconnect it to a hose to a 5 gal bucket. Now you won't have a fuel source to flood the engine. Then remove the spark plugs, crank the engine a few seconds to get the fuel out of the cylinders. Dry the plugs and reinstall them. -Now try starting it with some starting fluid sprayed into the carb. It should start and run a few seconds at a time, and it's kind of hard to spray too much, it evaporates fast. If it starts like normal and then shuts off right away, you've found the problem.
Just an idea

Will try that one when i return form jury duty (ughhh), yeah the throat of the carb is just soaked even with a dry carb (in the morning) all I do is turn the car over and then go back to check the carb and it is soaked which tells me its just dumping.
