Loaded up the family and went on a little daytrip today...wagon sure looks good at 4000 feet. Absolutely beautiful day, and got to spend time with the wife and kiddos to top it off. Can't tell from these pics, but almost like being on the front range in Colorado....lots of rocks/brush and huge blue sky. A day well spent, and I highly recommend driving yours!

Looks great, Brian.
Glad that you're getting some enjoyment from it. What's next to do on it?

Need to do the shocks, and am currently scouting LT1 donors...along with searching for the needed bodyside moldings (and wheels, and....). May have to put a Malibu nose on it if I can't come up with something usable. I can fix the damaged fender, but the molding is toast. So, all this is holding up any real progress on paint.

And of course, trying to allocate funding between the Corvette and the wagon project means neither is getting what they need as quickly as I'd like.

I bet that Corvette would make a fine LT1 donor for the wagon!

And leave the Bonneville nose on it!
There's tons of Malibus out there as it is... the Bonne nose makes it different!

ribbedroof,
Nice find!
Looks very clean. I also like the brown interior...I think it looks "rich".

I put the 15" snowflakes on mine and the spacers are definitely required.

What about a Grand Prix front clip fit on the wagon?
I've been thinking about that for mine, but I have not confirmed it will work without major surgery...

i love wagons. :!:  looks good
