I have a 88 cutlass salon and wanted to swap my 307 out for a hi performance chevy 350 what all would i have to do.

never heard of an 88 cutlass salon,production of the cutlass salons has stopped after 87,so maybe you're off a year.For the 350,upgrading the transmission to a 2004r or th350 and dual exhaust will require an aftermarket crossmember for the transmission.

the 1988 cutlas it was called a cutlass "classic" probably just left overs or some thing of that sort, kinda like when gm changed there body styles in 07 on there siverados u could get a siverado classic basicly an 06 model in 07

well it all depends on how much power the engine is making and what your goin to use the car for. what transmission is in the car now?
