I NEED HELP WITH MAJOR TIRE RUB.

O.k., here's my thoughts. Some may think it's wrong to do it this way, but I don't care

Since it looks like the body was off the frame at one point, it's possible the body is too far back on the frame. I know other guys have done this mod with no rubbing. I would loosen all the body mounts and nudge the body forward till you have clearance. Or trim the fenders.

If the control arms were on the wrong sides, wich I don't think they are, I doubt the alignment would have come out right. Does the car handle well? Are the tires wearing funny?

Are the tires centered in the wheelwell? Do you have any issues of rubbing on the back part of the fender (by the door)? Look at the back tires, too. Are they centered? A tape measure and some time trumps spending money 8)

Just my thoughts. I hate spending money

This issue was present before body came off the frame. No issues in the back. I haven't driven the car yet 🙁 it's still under construction.
