I need pictures of Modified Crossmember

Well guys since i got my H pipe going on, My next step is the crossmember,
I need to modified my stock 200r4 crossmember,
I was just looking for a G force Crossmembers but there where outrageous in price that i decied to modified my stock ones,
Can i just cut it and welded it off, PLEASE HELP!, dose any one have pics please help guys thanks.

Jeg's sells a TH400 crossmember for $129 similar to the Th350 and 700R4 ones. No pic of it up yet, but this is it. http://www.jegs.com/i/Jegster/550/41053/10002/-1

I sent a question to their tech dept about use with a 200-4R and they said they haven't done any fitments with a 200-4R. I asked if it worked in all g-body frames regardless of the 83-84 & up extension and he said yes. I'm interested in seeing this for myself because I'm having a hard time forking over $260 for the g-force when I go to a 200-4R.

The 200-4R and TH400 short tail are only 1/2" difference in length and 1/16" of difference in trans mount location. http://www.tciauto.com/Products/TechInfo/trans_dims.asp

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Here is a pic of the one i made. i wound up having to box the arches but the whole thing cost me about $25 and about an hour of time.

Mine is somewhat like this but I did a straight across design with the trans mount on an angle to make it simpler. I'll take some shots tonight finally.

There's a few pics on your other thread, ya know the one where you had a fit and told half the posters there sh*t was junk. Just like I said there, I may have an x-pipe but I also have a homemade crossmember that was in the shots that I figured would come in handy. You can go look in that thread.

I paid the guy that did my exhaust to modify my crossmember and it looks like junk. I was really disappointed when I got under there and seen how he did it. I will try and get a picture of it but its ugly :!:
