Hey folks trying to identify some spliced/cut wires in my 81 regal. Tried looking at maliburacing, but made my head spin lol. The white and green wires are cut and need to be repinned.

don't want to make your head spin but the wire wire is for the tach and the green wire is most likely for the temp gauge

lol @ gif. No factory tach though anything else it could be? I suppose its not important if its not hooked to anything.

Brakes lights work albeit only on driver side haven't checked it its wiring or bulbs. I'm leaning towards the wiring though as I doubt all bulbs are bad. Keep ya'll informed I'll repin them when I get time and see how it goes.

I think stuckincincy is right. The 5 wire connector that is in the fore front is the windshield wiper harness. It's hard to see the other one but it looks like the brake/directionals/turn signals harness. If disconnecting it kills all the tail lights and turn signals- bingo!
